January 2005

In January of 2005, two containers full of school supplies arrived at our schools with the help of Mercy Corps International and the U.S. Army's Provincial Reconstruction Team based in Lashker Gah. An entire U.S. middle school's worth of supplies were in the containers. Below are some of the pictures we were able to obtain from those on-site at the time of arrival. We look forward to taking our own photos in the coming months and placing them here for your viewing pleasure.
