Peace on Earth - December 2003

GVS would like to thank the Peace Project for donating the funds from their 2003 ornament sale to Green Village Schools for a classroom for girls.

Every year since December 2001, artists, children, families and friends around the country have made ornaments with the words "peace on earth" and sent them to Portland where they have been sold to raise money for children in Afghanistan. Special thanks to all of the ornament makers for their wonderful creations that helped to spread peace on earth, and give some very special girls a much needed classroom.
